A meeting of the VMC members was held ON 25.09 AT 11:00 a.m. in the chamber of the Principal K. V. Tawang.

First of all Principal welcomed all the members of VMC, there after the agenda points were discussed and the members had unanimous opinion for solution of the following points: (Problems).

The Members analysed and interpreted the steps taken by the Principal for the improvement of the Vidyalaya results, for the said purpose the principal had already held PTA meeting in the Vidyalaya on 30.08.2009 and the progress of the students was analysed. The Principal directed the teachers to take extra classes of Class X and XII. Which are taken now by the teachers in the morning from 7.30 a.m. to 8.15 a.m. and in the afternoon  from 2.10 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. Even the extra classes for IX and XI are also taken in the Science and Mathematics subjects so that the result of this academic session  may be 100 % with quality.

The Co-opted Member Mr. Karma Leki, Project Director, DRDA Tawang suggested to the Principal to make an agreement with APST Authorities Tawang to make an arrangement for plying the buses between K V Tawang to the City and rest of the places from where the children come so that the strength of the students may increase from the present strength of 195 in the coming session. Because students come from a distance of about 7 to 8 Km the fare charges of present  bus/van is unaffordable for low income group parents. Hence APST will be requested to provide buses as per the requirement of the Vidyalaya. Agreement will be done with APST Tawang authorities in the presence of Chairman, Bus Passes will be issued to students. proper format will be devised which will be annexed with admission form. for this purpose Tender formalities will be done in the coming session.
